A comprehensive itinerary of your reservation will be sent to you by fax or email. You are also able to view your live booking 24/7 on the Internet, by visiting View your booking. All thats needed is the travellers surname and booking locator.

Wherever possible we offer our clients electronic, or e-tickets, which saves time and can be arranged instantly. If this is not possible or a paper ticket is requested* documents will be posted 1st Class, or in urgent cases by Royal Mail Special Delivery to guarantee arrival by 9am or 12 pm the following day. It may also be possible to deliver documents by our in-house courier.

* Please note that some airlines will charge for a paper ticket if it is possible to have an e-ticket.

Through our international reservations system we will maintain a record of your company's policy, such as class of travel permitted, hotel guidelines, car rental agreements and preferred suppliers.

We also supply each client with a Traveller Profile Form, which includes airline, hotel and car hire memberships. Once stored in our system this information is automatically entered into each reservation and the data is keep strictly confidential.
